4月1日，据中国驻英大使馆官网，将组织英国小留学生包机回国。济南遥墙国际机场工作人员向《财经》证实，4月3日，将由东航的航班接留学生回国，目前该航班已确定188名留学生乘客。据大使馆官网发布的《责任承诺书》显示，家长需承担子女归国途中风险，机票及隔离费用由家长支付。
