　　目前，按照北京疫情防控有关要求，对所有外省市返京人员一律实行14天居家或集中观察，没有例外、一视同仁。

　　All people from other provinces and cities returning to Beijing will be subjected to 14 days centralized or home quarantine for medical observation without exception.

　　Mao Jun, deputy director of the Beijing Major Transport Stations Management Committee, says the policy is targeted against the virus and the epidemic not against people.

　　疫情期间本市大型商场可获政府最高补贴50万元

　　为鼓励北京市百货、购物中心等大型商场疫情期间正常经营，市商务局发布拟对采取减免租金举措的运营单位给予适度补贴的通知，最高可达50万元。

　　据了解，在北京市一级响应期间坚持营业，建筑面积2万平方米以上的百货店、购物中心均可申报补贴。但需要满足的条件是，对超过50%的入驻商户（数量）采取了减免租金措施，减免时间超过15天（含）；积极配合市、区相关部门开展防疫工作，疫情期间无重大、突发事件发生。

　　北京多个展会将首次网上举办

　　北京线上展会发展联盟自3月23日成立以来，仅一周时间已有3个展会项目确认将通过联盟举办线上展会。

　　据市商务局介绍，受新冠肺炎疫情影响，中国国际健康产业博览会和北京国际环卫与市政设施及清洗设备展览会2个展会项目均确定延期举办。展会主办方将举办首次线上展会。

　　专家：面对无症状感染者，市民如何做好自身防护？专家提示三点

　　北京地坛医院感染中心主任张福杰介绍无症状感染者情况及健康提示：

　　1. 无症状感染者具体是什么情况

　　无症状感染者可分为两种情况，一是确实没有任何临床症状，比如不发热、不咳嗽等。二是症状轻微，没有引起自身足够的注意并进行检查，如没测体温等，自认为没有症状。

　　2. 如何应对无症状感染者

　　北京市对无症状感染者做了比较充分的准备，包括对所有密切接触者以及所有入境人员进行健康筛查和隔离医学观察，对疑似病例和确诊病例及时治疗，对无症状感染者一经发现即纳入临床观察和治疗，出院后定期随诊。无症状感染者出院标准按照确诊病例，即连续两次间隔至少24小时进行核酸检测为阴性。出院后两周复查，核酸检测结果为阴性，才可结束隔离回家休息。

　　3. 市民如何做好自身防护

　　首先，北京疫情防控领导小组对无症状感染者防控工作非常重视，已部署安排相关工作，一旦发现无症状感染者，均按照早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗的要求严格进行管控。

　　其次，要客观看待无症状感染者这一现象，既不要过于恐慌，也不能麻痹大意，要严格落实好各项防控措施。

　　第三，在境外疫情持续高发，北京外防输入、内防反弹压力较大的情况下，市民朋友要继续坚持自身严格的防护措施。大家外出戴口罩、无事不聚集、保持宽距离、注意手卫生、居家常通风，这些都是行之有效的防护措施。

　　2. How to deal with asymptomatic infection?

　　Zhang says Beijing has been prepared for the situation. The city has conducted health screenings and medical observation for all close contacts and returnees to Beijing and provided prompt treatment for suspected and confirmed cases.

　　Once detected, asymptomatic patients will be put under clinical observation and receive treatment and regular follow-up after being discharged from the hospital.

　　Asymptomatic patients will be discharged after being negative for two consecutive nucleic acid tests conducted at least 24 hours apart, the same discharge criteria for confirmed cases. After being discharged, they will have to go through a two-week home quarantine.

　　3. How can the public protect themselves?

　　Zhang says first, the Beijing leading group for epidemic prevention and control has attached great importance to the prevention and control work of asymptomatic infections, and is doing the related work. Once asymptomatic patients are found, they are strictly controlled in accordance with the requirements of early detection, early report, early isolation and early treatment.

　　Second, the phenomenon of asymptomatic patients should be treated objectively, neither with too much panic, nor too much complacency. Prevention and control measures should be strictly implemented

　　Third, at present, there is great pressure to prevent imported cases from entering Beijing and a second outbreak. Beijing residents should be vigilant when it comes to personal protection. Wear masks while going outside, no gathering, sufficient social distancing, keep your hands clean, and ventilate your home, all of these are effective measures to protect yourself.
