Mike Zhang started his hospitality career in 1998, building solid management experience, especially with 16-year experience on Sales & Marketing. Throughout his 23-year career, Mike Zhang has worked with various international hotel brands including IHG, Hilton, Shangri-La and so on. Prior to this role, Mike Zhang was Resident Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou. Mike Zhang is a passionate and performance driven leader. He emphasizes individual development and staff care, and good at stimulating team’s and associate’s potential. With his commercial insight, deep professional knowledge and leadership, Marriott Yantai Hotel will present more enthusiastic service and create new achievement.
2、济南索菲特银座大饭店任命总经理——乌维·顾默先生
近日，济南索菲特银座大饭店荣幸地宣布任命乌维·顾默先生担任酒店总经理一职，此次履新，他将带领酒店的精英团队全面负责酒店日常运营及管理工作，把索菲特品牌精致内敛的现代奢华理念，巧妙融合法式魅力和各地文化精髓，并将法式生活风尚传递给酒店宾客，为其带来非凡的旅居及美食体验。
顾默先生来自德国，拥有丰富的工作阅历及宝贵的管理经验。曾服务于万豪酒店集团旗下众多品牌及酒店，他的足迹遍布于巴基斯坦、韩国、缅甸、越南及中国上海、天津、厦门等国家及城市，拥有超过27年的工作经验。在加入雅高集团索菲特品牌之前，他曾在厦门威斯汀酒店担任酒店总经理的工作并展现了卓越的领导能力。

The Luxury Hotel Sofitel Jinan Silver Plaza is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Uwe Guemmer as General Manager. In his new position, he will inject the new concepts into hotel operation to create memorable dining and accommodation experience for guests.
Mr. Guemmer is from Germany and has rich experience of hotel operation and management in the international hospitality industry. He brings expertise refined from Marriott, The Dorchester Collection, IHG and Hilton. He has over 27 years of working experience and has worked in Germany, London, Bermuda, Manila, Dubai, South Korea, Myanmar, Vietnam, and has a long work experience in China from his work in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xiamen. Prior to joining Sofitel of Accor, he demonstrated outstanding leadership skills at The Westin Xiamen as General Manager of the Hotel.
Mr. Guemmer, who is fond of football and fitness, started his hospitality journey in the food and beverage department before becoming Resident Manager followed by the General Manager position, we believe that he will create an extraordinary journey for guests to bring the French lifestyle brand Sofitel to new heights in Jinan.
3、晋江马哥孛罗酒店任命总经理——和平先生
九龙仓酒店宣布委任和平先生为晋江马哥孛罗酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的管理及运营。
和平先生拥有16年的国际豪华酒店运营管理经验，足迹遍布土耳其、美国、澳大利亚和中国，先后服务于瑰丽酒店和喜达屋酒店等多个国际品牌酒店。2018年起，担任成都尼依格罗酒店房务总监。

4、泉州滨江皇冠假日酒店任命总经理——吴承鸿先生
近日，泉州滨江皇冠假日酒店（Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Riverview）正式任命吴承鸿先生（Mr. Von Go）为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的整体筹备运营及管理工作。

近日，北京四季酒店正式任命瑞泽（REZA JAFARI）先生为酒店驻店经理，全面负责酒店的整体运营工作。瑞泽先生拥有近20年的奢华酒店工作经验，出任北京四季酒店驻店经理之前，任职于多家四季酒店。
正是少年时期的冒险精神以及对食物的热爱，激发了瑞泽对广阔、美丽和永远令人惊喜的亚洲探索的热情。他在英国曼彻斯特出生和长大，每两年一次看望他的妹妹和家人，这源于她的工作需要在不同的亚洲国家定居。对于瑞泽这个对世界文化着迷的享乐主义者来说，在他沉浸于每个目的地所带来的丰富美食、风景和难忘的体验中时，既是他的完美梦想。
颇具冒险精神的他决心在亚洲开始自己工作和生活，两年后在迪拜洲际酒店任职餐厅经理，之后他在曼谷四季酒店任职餐厅经理，并开启了他的四季酒店集团之旅。他爱上了四季独特的管理风格，开始探索该集团令人惊叹的亚洲门店，在此同时发展自己的技能和优势，特别是在餐饮、葡萄酒和酒店管理方面。

It was a sense of early teenage adventure – and a love of food – that kickstarted Reza’s passion for the vast, beautiful and ever-surprising Asian experience. Born and raised in Manchester, England, it all began with visits to his sister and her family – approximately every two years – as they settled in a variety of Asian countries as a result of her work. For Reza, an epicurean with a fascination for world culture, it was a dream come true as he immersed himself in the rich variety of flavours, landscapes and experiences each destination had to offer.
Combining his sense of adventure with an ambition honed through a degree in Business Studies, Reza was determined to work and live in Asia himself and, after two years as a Restaurant Manager at the Intercontinental, Dubai he began his Four Seasons career as Restaurant Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. Falling in love with Four Seasons inimitable familial approach, he set out to explore the group’s stunning Asian locations while developing his skills and strengths, most notably in the areas of food, wine and hotel openings.
His steady career trajectory saw him working as Director of Restaurants and Bars at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons properties in Macau, Hangzhou and Mumbai, before landing the role of Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Pudong, Shanghai.
After 9 years of soaking up cities, Reza was delighted when the opportunity arose to challenge himself as the Camp Manager at Four Seasons Tented Camp, Golden Triangle in Northern Thailand. It was during his three years there that the seasoned adventurer discovered the sheer adaptability of his skill set, from helping guests explore the bamboo jungles to interacting with the camp’s rescued elephants, an openness and flexibility that then led him on to island life at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui. Ensuring every guest was immersed not only in the wonder of this tropical wilderness but the full Four Seasons experience was easy for Resort Manager Reza, whose carefully cultivated knowledge of Asia combines effortlessly with his warm people skills and understanding of the iconic brand.
For a culinarian like Reza, the call of returning to the city and its tantalising foodie culture is never far away, and while he relished the challenges of his resort roles, there’s a part of him that will “always feel at home in a thrilling business epicentre like Beijing”. Mr. Randy Jia has more than 25 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations and worked in Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wenzhou and Tianjin. He joined Shangri-La Hotel Management Group and started his hospitality career from 2005 and has more than 14 years of management experience, worked as pre-opening team for two hotels. He was an important role of Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou, Shangri-La Hotel Tianjin, Kerry Hotel Beijing and Hotel Jen Beijing, etc. He has accumulated rich experience in Food and Beverage operation and management, especially in F&B marketing promotion and cost management. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Randy Jia worked in The Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay as assistant General Manager, mainly responsible for the Food and Beverage production and service of five hotels, and has made outstanding performance in improving service quality and guest satisfaction.

Alvin holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees of International Hotel Management from the UK. With over a decade of experience and a proven track record filled with professional successes in providing superior service and leadership, Alvin started his career as a Management Trainee at The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai in 2010. In the early stages of his trainee program, Alvin demonstrated his meticulous infatuation to details and his capabilities to coach others, which promoted him to become the Quality Manager right after his graduation from the Management Trainee Program. From there Alvin, worked in several positions, such as Front of House Manager, and later oversaw the overall rooms operations as Rooms Division Manager with the largest room inventory in the company before he took on a new challenge at the Shangri-La Hotel, Chengdu, as Director of Rooms. In 2018 Alvin rejoined the Marriott Group as Director of Rooms at the St. Regis Tianjin where he led the Rooms Division to great achievements, owner satisfaction and profits.
