近日，德恒集团（DE HENG GROUP LIMITED）与用友香港正式达成合作，并基于用友 YonSuite 云原生一体化平台，推动建筑工程业务数智化升级。相关 ERP 系统现已正式上线运作，助力德恒集团进一步提升项目管理效率、业务协作能力及数据透明度。
Recently, DE HENG GROUP LIMITED (“De Heng Group”) partnered with Yonyou Hong Kong to advance the digitalisation of its construction operations through Yonyou’s cloud-native YonSuite platform. The ERP system has now gone live, helping De Heng Group improve project management efficiency, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and enhance data visibility across its operations.

德恒集团是香港综合型建筑工程承办商，业务涵盖结构及杂项工程、装修工程、土木工程，以及泥水、铁器、油漆等多个专业工程范畴。
随着业务持续发展，集团需要同时管理多个工程项目、地盘、分判商及供应商。传统依赖纸张文件及独立 Excel 的管理方式，在工程变更、项目成本、采购协作及资金管理等方面，逐渐难以满足集团化营运的需要。
因此，德恒集团携手用友香港，透过 YonSuite 建设统一的 ERP 管理平台，整合原本分散于不同部门及项目中的数据、流程及审批机制，逐步建立更标准化及一体化的管理模式。
De Heng Group is a Hong Kong-based integrated construction contractor with business activities covering structural and miscellaneous works, renovation works, civil engineering, as well as plastering, metalwork and painting works.
As the Group continues to grow, it manages multiple construction projects, worksites, subcontractors and suppliers simultaneously. Traditional management methods that rely heavily on paper-based documents and standalone Excel files have created increasing challenges in areas such as variation management, project cost control, procurement coordination and cash flow management.
To address these needs, De Heng Group worked with Yonyou Hong Kong to establish an integrated ERP platform powered by YonSuite. The platform brings together data, workflows and approval processes previously dispersed across different departments and projects, enabling the Group to move towards a more standardised and integrated operating model.

Integrating Revenue, Cost and Procurement Processes
此次项目聚焦建筑工程行业的核心管理场景。
在工程项目管理方面，系统将预计最终收入、预计最终成本、工程变更、采购订单及分判合约等关键数据纳入统一管理，协助项目团队更及时掌握项目进度及经营状况，为成本控制及管理决策提供更清晰的数据支持。
在采购管理方面，进一步规范由地盘提出采购需求、审批、比价、下单，到送货、收货及财务审核等流程，提升地盘与总部之间的协作效率，同时加强采购过程的透明度及可追溯性。
The project focuses on key management requirements within the construction industry.
For project management, the system consolidates critical information including estimated final revenue, estimated final cost, variation orders (VOs), purchase orders and subcontract agreements. This gives project teams greater visibility into project progress and financial performance, while providing reliable data to support cost control and management decision-making.
For procurement, the platform standardises the end-to-end process, from purchase requests raised by worksites and internal approvals to quotation comparison, ordering, delivery, goods receipt and financial review. This improves coordination between worksites and headquarters while enhancing transparency and traceability throughout the procurement process.

Strengthening Cash Flow Management and Decision-making
建筑工程项目一般周期较长，收付款安排亦相对复杂。针对相关管理需要，系统进一步整合项目付款申请、付款证书及未来收付款计划等资料。
管理层可从集团、业务部门及个别项目等不同层面，更及时掌握资金状况及营运进度，为现金流规划及经营决策提供数据依据。
透过此次合作，德恒集团逐步建立连接集团总部、业务部门及工程地盘的一体化管理体系，进一步加强项目管理、成本控制及业务协作能力。
Construction projects typically involve long project cycles and complex payment arrangements. To support more effective financial planning, the system also brings together project payment applications, payment certificates and projected cash inflows and outflows.
Management can gain greater visibility into cash flow positions and operational progress at Group, business unit and individual project levels, providing a clearer basis for cash flow planning and business decision-making.
Through this collaboration, De Heng Group is progressively establishing an integrated management framework connecting its Group headquarters, business units and construction worksites, further strengthening its capabilities in project management, cost control and operational coordination.
