给宝贝启蒙英语，OPOL是一个特别推荐的方式，只是好多爸爸妈妈没有信心跟孩子说英语。万事开头难，其实只要开始去做，每天说一点，慢慢会说的就越来越多了。
从什么开始呢？就从我们每天陪孩子做的一些常规事项开始，比如起床、洗漱、吃饭等等，这些事重复性强，所用语言也比较简单好记，把这部分内容搞定了，再拓展其他的就简单了！
接下来，给大家总结了一日常规最常使用的口语，搭配清晰明了的 Step by step check list，大家可以把这些图打印下来，贴在家里，平时可以带孩子对照图片检查事情有没有做，做了的在前面方格里打对勾。

Morning Routine

Brush Teeth
It’s time to brush your teeth.
该刷牙了。
First，wet your toothbrush and squeeze(挤) a little toothpaste(牙膏) on it.
弄湿牙刷，挤一些牙膏在上面。
Brush up and down.Don’t forget to brush deep inside.
上上下下地刷，里面也要刷到。
Rinse(漱,冲洗) your mouth with water.
用水漱漱口。
Rinse your toothbrush.
冲洗你的牙刷。
Potty Training

Pull down your pants.
脱下裤子。
